Q: Why should I buy a spa?

A: There are many great reasons to invest in a spa; for relaxation, health of muscles and arthritis, back pain/joint problems, and most importantly, for fun.

Q: How do I get my spa home?

A: Most spas purchased from Valley Pools will be delivered free of charge.

Q: How often do I drain and refill my spa?

A: It depends on how often you use it; approximately every three months.

Q: What if I want to add lights or other options to my spa?

A: Click here first to see just a few of the many accessories we sell. Or, give us a call. The best option is to come in and talk with one of our salespeople.

Q: Why do I even need chemicals for my spa?

A: To keep your spa protected from bacteria, clear and comfortable, and to protect your investment in your spa and equipment.

Q: How do I keep the optimum water quality?

A: It takes testing by maintaining bromine or chlorine within their recommended levels; Bromine=3-5 ppm and Chlorine=1-3ppm. Bring in your water samples to Valley Pools & Spas and our state-of-the-art testing lab and our salespeople will be happy to help you.

Q: In the event that I need service who do I call?

A: Valley Pools & Spas. We have a fleet of eighteen service trucks and we service every spa we sell.

 

 

Tips When Shopping for a Spa.
Research, research, research. Ask qualified professionals that own spas themselves.
Ask for referrals and/or pictures.
Be sure you choose the best place to install the spa.
Ask about financing options.
If you prefer an indoor spa, you'll need to be sure to have proper ventilation.
Be sure to test soak any spa you are considering purchasing.
Don't forget to inquire about the warranty. Ask who will service your spa in the event that you have a problem.
