Schedule a Pool or Spa Closing

All prices listed below are base prices. Any additional charges due to extra time or extra work will be billed to you after the closing is completed.

Sales tax will be charged according to state and city laws. If your pool or spa/hot tub is located in an area with an increased sales tax, the additional sales tax may be billed to you. Click here to view the cities affected by the increased sales tax. If you feel you have been charged the incorrect sales tax, please contact us and we will make any adjustments necessary.

*New In-Ground Pool Owners - If you had an in-ground pool put in by Valley Pools & Spas in 2011 and have a free closing this year PER YOUR CONTRACT , please do NOT set up your closing online. Please call the appropriate location to receive your free closing.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail within 48 weekday hours letting you know if the date you chose is available. You DO NOT have a pool closing set up until you have received your confirmation email.

*Note: Your emailed receipt is NOT your confirmation email. Your confirmation email will come directly from retailbv@valleypools.com.

The prices below do not include:
 Waiting for pools to drain or the addition of chemicals. We do not clean your pool or add chemicals.

Pool inaccessible at closing: Due to locked gates, no electrical power etc. we will require an additional charge of $59.
Pool closings after the first hard freeze: To close a pool after the first hard freeze will require an additional charge of $49.  There is no warranty on pool closings performed after the first hard freeze.  This does not apply to spas and hot tubs.
Snow Removal: Removal of snow on spa/hot tub cover is the customers responsibility.
